Pocket Items, Caves and More

Today I thought I'd post things that are related to a deposit of things as in 'pocket', be it objects or veins of crystals or bookcases with a hideout or secret nests in a tree or black holes.  Also, I posted some info on my current project.  Hope everyone's weekend was magical!  I went for a walk in the snow around the neighborhood.  I miss going for long walks, but in the meantime I'll take what I can get.

1970's pocket adder.

Aurichalcite deposits.

Bookcase with cave.  By Sakura Adachi.

Vintage German Pocket knives.
and Below Vintage Girlscout Kutmaster, Utica NY.

A woodpecker's Nest.  Vintage Ohio Birdwatcher's Illustration from the book Illustrations of the Nests and Eggs of Birds of Ohio by Genevieve Estelle Jones circa 1879-1886.

Pocket 'Globe' circa 1811, (Newton's pocket globe in fish skin case).

Here is my second part of the project I am working on
that I mentioned in Saturday's post.  Now
I that I have completed making the pair.
I can proceed to the next step of turning them into dolls.
I'm excited about this little plan.
Also, in the meantime I can contribute my efforts to finishing a few other
jobs around Ancient Pocket that need some attention too.
Especially on the clay and watercolor front.  Feeling energized today to get going
on those other undertakings.  Thanks for reading!
