Man! So here is my update in regards to our Minneapolis trip dear blog. We saw turkeys in the parking lot of our breakfast stop just cruising around they were. Then we headed into the city after a late night of hotel hunting and what not we were pretty bleary-eyed. So I snapped photos of the town and off to see the Legos we went. The Mall of America is nuts, basically. E-Man didn't want to ride any of the coasters yet but he was pumped about examining Legos and Lego-sets so other than that we basically spent time meandering about the craziness. We did a lot of pit stops for shopping oriented matters that we can't really accomplish here in our part of the world. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to eat at any of the restaurants that I had hoped to since I ended up finding and making a list of them before hand.
Then it was C's father's b-day on Saturday. A sweet party it was indeed.
And lastly the Christmas Cactus flower in it's glory and our new fern. Oh and C made sourdough with the wheat flour starter this week. We have been making quite a few things weekly from scratch since moving here. Things like large batches of seitan, sourdough loaves and vanilla soymilk. It keeps us on our toes for sure.

These last two photos are definitely related to things on my mind as of late. On a happy note I think the colder days might be on their way out for real this time, thank you snow!
